Range annual Rs 143000 to Rs 230000 only ( half the rate in Juhu area with twice facilities) Our place is well known for providing accommodation to adult girls coming to city for education. Parents believe in us because our place is most secure. Girls are not provided key of main gate. It is manned by our security staff. Girls make entry in in/out register while going in and out. Even food parcel of girls is accepted on gate by staff and carried to respective room.Our place is maintained spot less clean by our Houskeeping staff. CCTV surveillance and security alarm system is in place. All rooms have Ogeneral AC, all hostel has FiberOptic cable wifi internet system. Common Refrigerators, microwave oven , toaster , washing machine , beds , mattresses , pillows , sheets are provided by us. All charges are inclusive . No extra charge for any thing. Food not supplied by us. Cooking not allowed . OUR PRICE RANGE START FROM ABOVE 10000 (Ten thousand) per month
