I joined their course for Oracle Dataguard Training. Though the trainer was knowledgable, many times the classes were either postponed and even cancelled. Some times we would have to wait for the instructutor while he had to get on call for work related activities. I was promised that i will be included in the classes for the topics that had not been covered . Its been over 6 months now and even repeatedly requesting them for these classes , i have been unsuccessful. Also i have repeated requested for access to the lab infrastructure for proactice but its the same story.
