Before making the payment, they made numerous commitments, promising expert guidance and a smooth visa process. However, after making the payment, their services were far from what was promised • Poor communication and lack of support throughout the process. • (Special Service) They gave me an Incorrect VFS appointment address, causing confusion and unnecessary delays. • Multiple Mistakes in document handling, including an inaccurate cover letter. • They failed to inform me about essential visa requirements, leading to an unsuccessful application. • Misleading advice on premium services, resulting in unnecessary expenses. • They stole my money under false pretenses, claiming services that were never provided or necessary. Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They are just behind your money. Please NEVER go to Y-axis for any of your work. They will push you so much for FULL advance payment. They will reply to your messages in seconds before you pay. They will show big discounts for FULL advance payment. But don’t get in to their traps. The moment you pay, immediately their behavior changes. You have to literally beg for their responses. Even, they will stop lending any support to help you out of any problem if occurs after your payment. If you ask for a country change, they will ask to pay you again even if you have not made any progress on the first country process. I really got disappointed with their support & services. I lost my full money without doing any work. They do not have any courtesy to pay back even ANYTHING when they have not done ANY work for you. They just show you different clauses in the agreement. Such a big company just wants to eat your money & you are left with no option but just to forego your hard-earned money
