I booked the online ticket from Delhi to Melbourne vice versa. When I called to yatra customer care regarding rescheduling one ticket then they refused and said that ticket validity is only six month so they cont go beyond six month that the Airlines rule (Malaysia). When I asked for cancellation then they told its non refundable ticket. They people laying and making money. After that I contacted with Malaysian airline and they rescheduled the same ticket without any obligation of six month validity. That show how they are making money with customer by misguiding.

It looks like these all fake reviews.<br/>My Experience with Yatra was a nightmare. I booked ticket through yatra which later on got cancelled (Spice Jet). There was no response from the Yatra and no one there at least to take the call to explain the situation.<br/><br/>On Customer Care there is a recorded message "Once the airline will pay, will credit the money to your account " and no one attends your calls, but the airline has already paid the money to Yatra. <br/>Don't know when yatra going to refund.<br/>Its a highly unprofessional conduct from Yatra.

Yatra makes your journey memorable as they provide maximum comforts and charges very less. they help in booking good hotel on all occasions. they also provide good travelling transport too.
