"he is a excellent yoga teacher. the trial session was good . but slowly in a 2-3 day we got to know the positive change in our body . its been its been more then 6months , now all things have changed , we are doung some more advance asana which never thought that we could do it , oue sleep quality increased . the way he teaches is great , first very basic low intensity and then gradually increases it ."
