I bought new car from guindy abt ,yesterday sudnely engine light is on i gave it to service they said nothing probelm and i said to service first service but your service person not doing service and i ask manager told then only they doing service .but that service also not done clearly interior not cleaned very well ...again i am saying bad service done ......

The very worst first impression. I was taking my car at the time of 6.00 pm . They said the closing time was 6.30 but it was regarding the brake shoe checking. So i may not take time so i asking to the person who was attending all the cars.. he seemed to be like a service manager. He said to me that it is the closing time so no one can attend the car at that time.. i was standing for sometime and i was watching him.. another man (looked little aged) came in a volkswagen polo and he went straightly to him. They seemed like they knew each other.. they were laughing and talking leasurly about mercedes cars.. and he started ordering the workperson to look after the polo. This is how you treat your costumers.. first of all learn to treat all customers alike after that u can provide a quality service.. just a shitty ecperience i ever had.

Magma finance person given this payment proff. but,still date he was not given any receipt to me. how is possible he delivery the vehicle on correct time Mr ARPUTHA RAJ also accept on show room person mistakes. we have voice recorder available. SGA coimbatore is not eligible on skoda show room business. better some...... business
