Very very worst service and during renewal they speak a lot for 6months, 1year package and didn't do any benefits on what they commit. Very very worst internet service ever seen and speed also waste

In a day internet works for half an hour Service people will come and do something and works for half an hour. I am fed-up with this internet service. It is waste and useless service. I will not recommend high reach.

Why don't we have option to rate zero starts or negative? Neolog is fraud and scam, they sell you stuff and will never respond to your complaint, it you face fibercut issue, you will have to take a new connections and forget the existing package and year subscription money.

Don't waste your money in Neolog these people are worried about bills not service routers they provide are worst and plans they give are namesake you won't get speed half as mentioned in plan service technician won't visit location they give pravachan on calls problem is due to multiple devices connected to router respected Guruji want us to understand science behind internet #NeologWORST
