Customer service is worst... They don't know how to resolve any issue for connection....

procured to take internet connection through this LS Broadband agency. monthly i paid them 600 it was 10 M Bps and GB . Got good speed and signals . their was no any issues. i m proud and excellent services.

Got a broadband internet connection from thisLS Broadband in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. Monthly charges was 400 for 2mbps which was very modest rate.connectivity and signal strenght are excellent. There was a quick response to the customer as they are very important to them.i am very much satisfied with their service

Shit*y service, service desk lady employee was very rude. I had given complaint 6 times in past 1 ½ month but complaint not resolved. They are closing complaints without conforming. <br/>Please don’t pay in advance 3 or 6 months because, if you want change of service or not satisfied with LS they don’t pay you back.<br/>

Worst services, dnt know how to handle the customers and explain the packages and all worst staff and this people never change their services to improve
