Airtel Relationship Center Mathikere Bangalore

Horrible experience. The person Harish does not know how to talk to the customers. They don't answer the queries properly and show a lot of attitude.

Opted for prepaid from post paid from airtel mathikere center. Paid the amount and recharged. But suddenly the service is stopped. When i went they replied that you application is processed but put they have retained your post paid connection. Then again I went back spoke to the person in the store. They are blaming the service people who called may a day after i have applied the connection. They told do you want to retain the post paid for which there are some special offer for which I denied. Still they have retained to post paid. After 5 days when the phone was not changed to pre paid I went to airtel store mathikere and complained. They argued so much, but still they forced me to give new application which i did. They gave new sim card also . After 2 days the sim card is not working. When i put the new sim card also it was not working. Service is so bad.

This shop workers are very rude and arrogants and services also very bad they gave wrong information about wifi connection and mobile.

Took new Airtel postpaid connection from this service provider.They activated my connection immediately and charged some nominal amount for the connection, I feel happy with this center.

EVERY TIME I CONTACT THESE PEOPLE, I HAVE RECEIVED THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THEM. DON'T EVER TRY THIS STORE FOR ANY OF YOUR ISSUES. THEY ARE SOME USELESS GUYS SITTING IN THERE.

Useless employees.They never pick up the phone and anytime you go there, they blame you or say that server is down.
