i had to purchase second ac from this seller, this ac nor working properly... anyone response to take the issue... finally i had to approach other service center , that ac is installed not properly.
Very very worst experience I had with these people service.
Had taken the Blue Star split AC Installation service. I approached this service center. They charged me 1500 for that Installation service. They came and done the service. Overall, I am gratified with their Excellent service.
The AC Uninstallation service was done by these service people, which is the good one and they installed very safely and neatly. They charged me 2500 for the service. And they have done work within few Hours. I'm really glad about their service they provided. It's a good one....
The technicians they send are worst they dont know anything. They came home for AC cleaning and created a fault in the AC that the remote is not connecting to to display. They told they will come back in an hour to make that fine but never returned and did not answer phone as well. Moreover they have broken the screen rod while cleaning and have put cellotape and stuck it and have not informed us about it. Very worst service dont call them and be fooled.
I have followed up almost for 2 weeks for getting my AC installed and they never turned up. Initial visit was done by Saifuddin and a quote was provided for 4200. But when the engineers came, they gave a quote of 6500. I agreed for the increased quote but they never turned up to do the job. I finally got it done by other vendor at the cost of 2650 which included gas filling as well. Both Al tech and Sulekha are pathetic. I would have got cheated if I would have gone with them.
