Last month i purchased a Gixxer SF model from BTM Apple Suzuki Showroom.. GOT GOOD SERVICES.. Sales staffs are knowledgable in my opinion...

waste of money ,didn't done any service ,didn't washed vehicle properly ,billing done for polishing but didn't polished, foot rest problem remain like that only

worst of the worst showrooms and the management ever,, I unfortunately took a bike from this horrible showroom,, never got a response, they don't pick calls, cut the calls, never attend to the customer,, right now from past 4-5 months they are least bothered to give my vehicle which met with an accident, they keep saying that they don't have spare parts, then why the hell do they have this showroom huhhh....I will recommend not even to even pass by that showroom,,, highly attitude ppl with ZERO interest towards work and customers!! pathetic :( if there was a negative rating, I wud have given !! cheyyy!!

I took an Access vehicle from BTM layout. I'd never buy another one from this dealer, or at least from BTM layout. They simply do not know what 'customer service' is. I write this after 2 years of simply watching them in a hope they would improve. NOTHING improves and I think I'll better have to get the vehicle serviced elsewhere.
