very bad service .avoid taking AMC from this company.At the time of taking money they will do all the sweet talk but when you call them for service and even request them nicely the manager satya prakash talks rudely and disconnect the phone without even listening...very bad experience...they make you feel that you are begging for free service even after paying 11500 for AMC
Third class service I am having an amc of 8000/- for two years. In this period the technicians never had regular visit. They will only come when you will make several calls to them. During this period they only changed candels of the ro. But never checked if anything is wrong with the filter. When I made several call to the lady Neha who is coordinating she will talk talk as if I am talking to some college girl who doesn't know anything about her job. My filter membrane was not wrong but there technician said I will set and it will again start working. But it did not happen now they are asking for 5000/- extra for the repair. They feel as if customer is fool. Still there is no response from there side. Highly not recommend this amc. Inspired you can have new ro
fraud company, wrong commitments to customers, i had a terrible experience with these people,i took AMC for 2years n paid 10500 wherein all machinery were included, today i called them to change the motor which wasn't functioning well their executive asked to pay extra n i hv to bear this expensive no matters i hv 2 years of AMC, i paid 10500 for this n their is no use to take AMC if i hv to pay extra in all services visit, its waste of money n more over while complaining they threatened to the customers,this was truly not unacceptable behavior, i request you all to be aware with this fraud company, not worth it to serve the clients
