Bharat Petroleum Pump at Chandrasekharpur, entry to Niladrivihar did not accept payment by debit card today at 0944 pm on 13 Nov 2016 stating some vague problem. At this time of cash crunch it is not expected that petrol bunks will refuse payment by debit card. Please look into this.
