One of the worst experience. Staff are so rude and 0 behave like a boss. I have been there for the 1st time. Worker filled premium petrol without my permission. When I asked him about that, he replied: I haven't normal petrol so I filled premium. I asked him again why you didn't informed me before filling..!! He replied: daily 500 people come to me for the petrol, i am not responsible to inform all of them. Here, they clearly say that, customer's concern doesn't matter for them. Ask about normal or premium fuel is his job but he is behaving like a boss. Well companies hiring such kind of staff and ruining their own market value. I strongly not recommend this petrol pump.

Worst, rude staff. This is second experience. There is no automatic sensor if i want to full my tank, the guy was filling some diesel and checking. I may get less fuel this way. Anyways, after that i asked for the bill 4-5 times, he ignored. I said loudly so he responded, asked another guy. I have to pay by debit card, so he gave my card to other guy and asked hom to swipe. There is a separate counter if someone wants bill, so one has to find the safe place to park his car and go to the countr. I didn't know this and i was seating in car thinking he will get bill and swipe machine. He went to counter and was chatting amd laughing with computer operator/cashier. Then after sometime he called me there. The computer operator was busy eating sing chana. When i asked is there any responsible person available here. The operator said NO. When i said loudly he said charging of swipe machine was over and if you need bill you habe to come here and take. I again asked i need to talk with someone senior but they again started laughing and said no one is here. What kind of service they are providing, filling the fuel at one end and if someone wants bill he has to find the parking place and go to counter. Amazing. And staff behavior is very bad. If some responsible person is reading this, please make your service more comfortable and teach your staff how to behave. And add automatic sensors, if someone wants to fill the tank full.
