I will never recommend anyone to buy cell phone from Mobile Wala, pathetic place, cheaters, don't have a sense to talk with customers, first they mis-guide me, gave me wrong specification, there was charging issue too, within a day i went back to them and told them i don't want this Samsung A20 now I want to go for Mi phones they refused to change it, first they give me wrong specification second problem in cell phone, really my worst experience with them, Worst Place, Worst Staff and very rude, i don't want to visit there shop again.

staff is totally unprofessional, i purchased headphone on 16.08.2015 and due to conectivity problem i went next day to replace with other compney. but simpley refuse and not bother to ask what is the problem. very bed experience. dont buy anything from SK mobile alkapuri

Rubbish service. They dont know what they are doing!!! My father bought a Samsung Quattro set from them a year ago. When he faced some product issues, he was directed to service centre. No explanations, no responsibility.

It has been 15 days and about 30-40 calls to the dealer to make sure that the Jay Mataji store owner sends my mobile phone documents to the Mobile phone company, but nothing has happened yet. I have been calling Vodafone for about 10 days to check, whether they have received my documents and every time I get an answer "we haven't received your documents, contact the store owner and tell him to submit the documents". I have never seen such a moody shop owner in my entire life. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from the Jay Mataji Store on Waghodia road.
