I bought a laptop sometime back and due to laptop hardware issue, i had to give back it to company and get refund. but the Brahmand computers were a hulk problem for me. Even i quarraled a lot with them to get back my refund, but dey dominated and i had to purchase another laptop with more price. i was to get 2k back from Asus company, they ate that money too. I suggest please dont go to them, bcoz when comes to service (worst case), they will utilize the moment like anything
