too poor response.. highly disappointed...travelled from newyork to bangalore via londone in british airways, checked in 6 baggages.. none of them have arrived... <br/>the most irritating thing is that none of the staff in bial or british airways seem to be cooperating.... our guests are here for a 15day visit and are waiting for their clothing and other basic things.... very much disappointing... decided not to travel ba in future...<br/><br/>

My daughter-in-law Shubhra Bhandari traveled from Bangalore to Newark on 3rd August by flight BA 118/BA 189.She checked in 2 baggage but both were missing at destination.One baggage delivered on 9th after 6 days.Second is yet to be traced. She had gone for official work for a week.Without clothes and other essentials,she is suffering a lot that too in a foreign country.I wonder why it should take so many days.Satish Gangrade
