I’m writing to bring to your attention a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve had with a team operating under the name Vision Global Solutions regarding my visa application. On Friday, April 4, 2025, I submitted my passport through a representative named Vinutha, who assured me with full confidence that the visa would be processed and returned by April 11, 2025. I trusted this commitment, especially after confirming with other agencies in Bangalore that longer timelines were the norm—even with fast-track services. Vinutha’s assurance led me to proceed with Vision Global Solutions. However, since handing over my passport, I’ve had to chase the team daily. Despite my follow-ups, I later discovered that the passport wasn’t even shipped until after the weekend, effectively wasting critical processing time. More concerning, I had to pressure the team just to get the ARN number, only to find out the application hadn't even been submitted.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

This company is notorious for over promising and under delivering. The local manager Ms. Shwetha is an arrogant, haughty and condescending woman. Not at all befitting of all the glory they portray about their company on their website and banners. During the introductory calls they lure you with sweet talk and then make it a hell for you until the visa appointment is secured. Almost like a cheap store where they lure you into the store with exciting offers at the entrance and then cheat you with false promises. If I can find another Visa consultant in future will definitely use them

Recently I got the passport through this Vision Global Solutions Passport Agent. This is a very excellent service and I got my passport within 15 days. I paid 2500 for a Tatkal passport. I contented their work. I'm really happy with their excellent service.

Before starting my request with them I had very clearly told them that I can provide only these documents and I will not be able to provide any other document, I had also confirmed with them that you will not ask me any other document apart from these, and they said yes wouldn't ask and all these documents are enough. And then comes the twist after they had taken 1K from me, they had started asking me more documents and stricter documents requirements. They started telling me that there is possibility that you passport application may get rejected because of lack of documents but you can give a try. This was so much shocking to me, they were completely changed after taking money.
