How pathetic behavior - one of medical store keeper I ever seen. In any of the hospital. I am admited for treatment of my 2months baby. And in the night time duty doctor has asked me to get some medicine as its emergency. When I went to medical store. Store keeper staff (Munnavar) was sleeping. I asked him for the same medicine to give. He said never try to come to get medicine in the night time. I told I was suggested by your duty doctor to get the medicine. And if you don't want to give medicine in the night time after writen 24/7 Hospital than close the shop and take rest at home. Than he has started shout, misbehaving, with some pathetic local language. Doctors Mr Bhanu no doubt he is excellent. But if he will keep this type of pathetic staff(Munnavar) I don't think it is good for any of the Hospital.

My new born twin baby girl died in this hospital on 20/01/19. My twin babies(boy and girl) born on 16/01/19 and they have been kept in NICU due to delivery in 7th month. The estimated treatment amount is 30-35 lacs for both(20-40k per day for each baby for 2 months). They born in 7th month, both the babies were doing good without major issues. Dr.Laxmi Vedaprakash told girl has no issues. I felt they are in good hands. I was making arrangement for money. On Sunday, 20/01/19, I was in hospital till 2pm then I left to home to arrange money. At 6.30pm, someone called me and asked me to come to hospital. I reached, they simply told your baby is no more due to pulmanary bleeding. I found my baby lifeless, bleeding from nose and mouth. Whole night I was crying. I kept silent for two reasons, to hide this from my wife, and my boy is there still in the hospital. They forced me to sign on documents to hand over the dead body. I was helpless, Otherwise I could have file a case to know the cause of my baby's death. Moreover they are more clever to do prior documentation for their safety. I can strongly say my baby didn't have any issue to cause death suddenly, something went wrong due to medication/Sunday/negligency. We shifted my boy to another branch which is in banjara hills. We did not dare enough to change the hospital.

Rainbow children's hospital Banjarahills branch is very good..response of Doctors here are best.. But the reception staff is not appreciable. Not giving correct/valuable information regarding doctors presence/on leave/timings. Faced problem due to their incorrect information. We will be thankful if the hospital management take a look regarding this matter.

Running a mafia by offering huge amount of commission to doctors like Dr. G. Sharmila(Obstetrics/Gynaecologist) and few hospitals like appollo etc....while on delivery one of their doctor will come to the hospital and right after the delivery he will take the baby by saying baby is in serious condition which is not....just to make money and run the hospital expenses... be aware..if your doctor or hospital told you they have to contact Candy hospital doctor, that means they have planned to bill you for fake issues on your baby.....

Very good patient care. Patient briefing was excelkent. However hospital must be a bit clean especially wash roons. Front office desk guys must know to greet atleast.

Wrost nightmare I ever had visiting this hospital yesterday almist my son life was at risk and had to rush other hospital . untrained unprofessional nurses already booked a case against them .
