Pratsp nagar diagnostic centre got double payment from me. First I paid 1000 rs and entered in diagnostic room. Forgot to get remaining change of 250 rs. After two minute counter man came & said to pay diagnostic charge of 750 rs. There were no ok cctv cameras. And I had to pay again 750 rs for testing. This event was at 4.55 pm on dt 09-8-22.

This is the best diagnostic centre in the town having the best quality in very minimal rate with good staff and very experienced and good doctor. I would highly recommend every needy person to visit this diagnostic centre for usg and blood tests.

Staff is very rude, will tell you to collect a report at 7 pm and would make you wait for half an hour before delivering it. If you complain about it, they would outrightly lie and tell we told you to come at 8 pm. Pathetic service, deplorable people. On the second occasion, my father gave sample for Covid 19 testing at Vaishali nagar centre. They claimed report is available online. Since I didn't have a printer at home, I went to their main C scheme branch to collect the report. I showed them the Bill and requested them to give me the report. They made me wait for twenty minutes and still didn't deliver the report. My 78 year old father was waiting outside in the car. On complaining about the delay, their staff replied that if you are in a hurry, go to Vaishali Nagar branch. Shameless people making money over other people's miseries.

My self Dr ramesh Attending lab for sonography...but money collecting staff is very busy in collection of money no value of a doctor...those are in a queue...for more then 1/2 hours What a behaviour of money collecting staff with a doctor Then what should hope for a patient .....those are not known any think about medical profession

The best doctor I have met here is doc sumit n his wife. Who diagnosed my problem ,which I was facing from last 3 months. Very kind n gentleman. Not money minded. Thanks a lot

Service was really nice, their representative reached on time and I got report within few hours also price was reasonable, I got 20% discount without asking. Their representatives were nicely trained ones, ,also Mr. Bhandari guided me further.
