Very bad experience with this institute management. I had enrollment for the Hadoop training in weekend classes. but calsses were not start due to less number of condidate. so i asked please refund my amount. they(Ipsita) told i will talk with manager about this.. Then she did not call so i called her again then she said that is not refundable. so i asked her manager contact details as thats their fault that they are unable start the classes. Might be she will consider. she told.. i am going to send. but she did not send and after that she was not receiving my calls. Then i went institute directly and asked her manager number. She gave Anamika nos. i called to her she told ill get back to you but no positive response from her. Then i try to call Prem.. to whom i transferred the enrollment amount. He didn't pick my call. then messaged him saying i have some concerns and questions so i want to talk with else ill raise complaint. he replied U can give complaint.
