Absolutely the best dental experience I've personally ever had. No rushing, no pushy sales tactics, and clarity at every step of the consultation. From the X-rays to the moment I spoke with Dr. Suman Reddy. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was so 'human' and sincere. Special thank you to Dr.Keerthi Reddy because she kept my anxiety in check by updating me through every step of their process. Really impressed by how well everyone communicated information. From registering, to each individual technician and ultimately Dr. Suman Reddy. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and polite. I loved being asked what my priorities were for my teeth before going addressing all that should/could be done. I liked the pictures of the teeth where I could see exactly what was being referred to - cracks, chips, etc. I liked getting a new head for my Sonicare toothbrush rather than just an ordinary toothbrush. The cleaning was great - thorough but not painful. X-rays were fast and only had to be done once. Check out was a breeze. The receipt and paperwork were easy to follow. I liked being offered a copy of the plan with a list of items and costs. Paying a flat rate upfront is great and will definitely encourage me to keep the appointment in six months.

I am so happy to have found this amazing place! I had been in search of a good dentist and found it here! Dr. Suman Reddy is very knowledgeable and really cares for his patients. Dr. Suman Reddy and the entire staff are amazing. First root canal experience and they made it as painless as possible. I can not recommend them highly enough. From getting me in quickly to explaining options and post follow up they are wonderful.

If you take anything away from this review, it's that you should DEFINITELY use DENTAL ZONE if you want quality and personalized dental care. And I know what you're thinking - how can you get that excited about a dental practice? Well, you can't really (sorry Dental Zone). But, as someone who avoided the dentist for years, my experience at Dental Zone compelled me to write a review (if, for nothing more, than to help convert all the other anti-dentists out there). Dr. Suman Reddy's thorough yet delicate examination left me truly impressed (and my RCT). It was clear she took the time to make sure his patient (me) was comfortable and at ease. he explained everything he was doing in real-time, was detail-oriented. I felt the assessments he offered were both honest and well explained, as were the options (and potential consequences) on how to address the issues he found. In addition to great dental care, the office felt extremely clean and sanitary. Everything was digitized.
