This can also be filed at the time of incorporation of the company   If it’s not filed at the time of incorporation then within 30 days from the date of incorporation, you need to file e-form INC22 with the registrar of companies.   A company shall, on and from the 15th day of its incorporation and all times thereafter shall have a registered office.
