It’s also mentioned that each subscriber will deposit subscription money as specified in MOA to company’s bank account by cheque or through net banking. , We suggest to open a bank account with the help of MOA, AOA and certificate of incorporation and then take cheque from each subscriber and deposit it in company’s bank account. 2 Company Act Appointment Of Company Auditor with- in 30 days from date of incorporation 3 Income Tax Law Apply for PAN ( Permanent Account Number) 4 Company Act Finalisation of Registered Office ,entering into lease agreement and filing of relevant form with Company Law Deptt: Situation of registered office has to be intimated within 30 days from the date of incorporation to the registrar of companies. This can also be filed at the time of incorporation of the company If it’s not filed at the time of incorporation then within 30 days from the date of incorporation, you need to file e-form INC22 with the registrar of companies. A company shall, on and from the 15th day of its incorporation and all times thereafter shall have a registered office. This means the company should enter into a rent or lease agreement within 15 days from the date of incorporation and within 30 days from the date of registration should file INC-22 with ROC. 5 Company Act Display Company’s Identity And Other Details outside the registered office: After incorporation, it’s the duty of the company to display following things outside the company’s registered office; a. Name of the company b. Registered office address of the company c. Corporate identity number or CIN d. Telephone number, email ID e. Website address and fax number if any These details are also required to be printed in all business letters, bill-heads and in all other official publications.
