A good response, as well as service, is given by Purna Laxmi Refrigeration Ashram Para, Siliguri. I was looking for my refrigerator service which is not working due to the power issue like whenever on the fridge suddenly MCB will cut. so I called them they took 30 minutes for work and they finished the work nicely 1 person came for work. I was paid Rs 450 service charge and RS 750 for 1 part was damaged so they changed that part for that. good service is given by this vendor.

The problem with fridge I faced still exist. Upper Cabin is cooling and fridging water but it is not canalised to the lower cabin for what I called but the mechanic emphasised only on compressing problem but I checked the air not passing though the lower cabin vents. If there is compressor problem how come water frigging in the upper cabin. Payment is made for starter rely and overload switch replacement. Really very shaby service by the sulekha mechanics. Inr 900 is wastage.service is very very poor.

Good Response from Purna Lakshmi Refrigeration, Hakim Para. I have contacted them regarding Symphony air cooler repair and service where there is no cooling. The Technician visited my place on time and he checked it and said the submersible pump has to be replaced and cooling pads have to be cleaned. And after confirmation, he replaced it and quoted Rs. 350 as service charge and Rs. 750 for that pump. Now the air cooler is working well. Happy with their response and services.
