The owner is total whimsical. He will take a U turn to whatever he will promise and say. The quality of the weighing scale is horrible, and looks like an old product. The funtions not working properly. Please do not get into this, you will repent on your decision. Manufacturing quality is horrible, and after delivery the guy will ask for extra charge for dual display, and will argue that is customer's duty to ask for dual display, if they dont ask we don't give, whereas its common sense to provide dual display for a receipt based weighing machine costing 18,500. The delivery was delayed by days. I tried to get the plastic cover off, and the keyboard display came off with it. Barely managed to stick it back. The product when delivered has customer side led screen, so we assumed that the display is active. Now the guys is asking extra charges to activate the customer side display. We are feeling frustrated by doing business with this company
