Incomplete and Disappointing Service

One of the worst service

Well service on time done.

I called him for LG refrigerator repair..he came and in 5 mins he said timer and sensor are gone. Price is 2200 but when I checked for those items in internet it was only around 800. But he dint agree and demanded for 250 service charge. When I said I can't give right now and only after the repair is done. He took my bike key which was parked in my house. Need to complain on him to police.
