Worst service. Don't how to resolve cusy service

i was given a damaged cooler for 2,600 rs and on return i was given a cooler worth for 1,700 for 2,600 and the owner was rude and did not address me properly.
since i purchase voltas AC technician promised me 10 times to come and instal and they never showed up. I purchased new AC and it is just 3 weeks , swing is not working well. i have been calling on 9121147166 and gave ocmplaint multiple times. No use. my invoice number is 1205/19E/S-308. I would worst customer service from this branch of malakpet . Bajaj Electronics i would never go back again to buy anything.
Worest service I took so many items like AC, hometeater, geyser, mixer grinder, wall fan, seeling fan, cooler, washing machine, refrigerater. Etc but he will take more money and with in one year will get repair. Finally he will answer rudely every one plz be alert, and I'm given 2more coustmers also my cooler is Worest 3 months also not at all worked he taken 7000 for vaishnavi conpany, hometeater also wast
They have this superb services and i feel i've made a right decision on purchasing there product for my office. Thanks to the service dept for being so cool and helpful.
This is not a worthy showroom, if you expect good customer relationship and support. They are very bad at this.
