Park hospital is only know how to eat customers money.. finance department promised me that they’ll only charge 5k per day including each and everything. But when I was about to check out they charge double and extra amount which was unacceptable.. I even approached to gm (her name Nishant or i don’t remember) floor manger Kalpana worst manager she don’t know how to communicate people… to discharge it takes 7 hrs… I requested many times that do it asap because I have to attend my office ..however, they neglected also finance department knows how to do business with the patient… just know that when it happens with your family then you all will know how difficult it is.

Worst of worst service Its a nightmare for medical panel/card holder. They forced us to admit the patient unnecessary. Just to make a heavy bill. We were literally begging to let us go to home and they were moving the file here and there for billing purpose. Took 10 hour to make bill for discharge. Dont even think of visit there if u r CGHS Card holder. Didt give us the bill saying that they do not give bill in cghs case which is bullshit

Please remember if you are a cash payer beaware of boiling team specially dr Mahima, finance Bhawana and Gunjan from finance and marketing. They are cheap fraud people. They stolen my original bill and when I asked for it they told me to take the feedback back they will rectify the bill and provide me my original bill. But after I took my comments back they did not do the rectification on bill and not ready to provide me my original bill. Worst thing in this hospital they charged 350 to give you injection this excludes injection charges. Here they charged 700 for ot technicians. Which is equivalent to drs fee 700. Here drs fee is only 600 which is valid for 3 days but they have charged 600+700 within two days. I went to artmis in emergency they gave me painkiller, gas and to stop vomit three injection and bill was 350. Here I went to dr who asked for injection and sent me to emergency I paid 180 for injection 350 fir nurse who gave injection. When I questioned they said it's a protocol

A really good hospital.the doctors are experienced and well Care of that patient is .taken staff is humble and polite . staff was very friendly and everyone was so nice to me.the beat hoaptial in corona time.
