This is the worst travel company ever. The customer care should be renamed to customer insult. Pathetic professionalism. They messed up my travel plans to goa, did not return my money and now they have stopped picking up my calls. Alok Bhartia deserves hell.

I was heavily overcharged for my Thailand vacation. You get a Visa on arrival that is free but I was told by Damini from Alok Bhartia that I will have to pay, unluckily I didn?t know. I shelled out almost 70,000 rupees for a 40,000 rupee package. Alok Bhartia travelling company cheated me. They are not picking up calls and they are not replying to my emails where I ask them the exact structure of charges. I have made a complaint, hope these bloody these chors are brought to justice!

I booked my kasol trip last month from there website alokbhartia.com, I didn't get any confirmation message regarding the booking details and money has been deducted from my bank account. While contacting them they say we haven't received any booking in your name and we didn't get any booking amount in our bank account. Its been more than a month and still they are not refunding my money.

I still haven't received the refund that is due. Your executive told me that it would come in 4 working days and now it has been 2 months. You guys have no discipline, no honour in addition to your poor services. Why are you even running this company Shut it down because thats what it needs right now. Don't bother people with your stupid travel solutions that have no value for money. Fraud companies like you need to be put in a line on the road, made to run and then shot in the back.

I was heavily overcharged for my Maldives vacation. You get a Visa on arrival that is free but I was told by Damini from Alok Bhartia that I will have to pay, unluckily I didn't know. I shelled out almost 90,000 rupees for a 40,000 rupee package. Alok Bhartia travelling company cheated me. They are not picking up calls and they are not replying to my emails where I ask them the exact structure of charges. I have made a complaint, hope these chors are brought to justice!

The dumbest people I have seen in the travel industry. The representatives can't spell simple names even when they're dictated the right spelling. They spelt my father name different ways in different forms. My father name is Mahendra Singh Rathore and in one of the forms they wrote Mahindra despite dictating the right spelling word by word on the phone. Do I look like a Scorpio to you Does my family look like a collection of trucks and SUVs. On another form, they spelt my father name as Mahinder. This caused a lot of problems in identification of my father and we had to cancel our Arunachal trip. Next, these lying theives wouldn't refund our money when I explained them the situation and the mistakes made by their own people. I have formally lodged a complaint against them in the consumer forum. These cheaters need to be punished severely. Alok Bhartia Travels needs to be shunned from the industry. Everyone beware of this cheat!

It is a fake travel agency. I booked a trip to ladakh last month and was asked to pay 20,000 rupees for it. When I paid the amount I was satisfied with the deal. But when the time of travel arrived they said that the booking has been cancelled. I was surprised with what they said but I thought its their fault and they will refund the money. But they said that they can do nothing about it as the weather was inappropriate. I asked to delay the trip but they just stone-walled my questions and I was left fuming. Not only my money but my time and effort was totally wasted. I guess they have started the company to fool people and collect money from them by attracting them with good deals.

I attempted to book a ticket on 2nd January from Alok Bhartia from bangalore to bagdogra where there is an exchange disappointment because of which the cash (Rs 9, 837) got deducted from my financial balance yet the ticket was not issued. In light of my experience from these exchange disappointments from other travel or shopper entries like make my trip or amazon I the cash gets discounted to the record greatest by 72 hours. Be that as it may, following 5 days when I caught up with them they answered it will take 10 working days. Indeed, even following 10 working days I demanded them to give me an appropriate date by which the cash will get discounted. They answered it isn't feasible for them to give a date and they of the allot measure of discount. I dont see how it might require so long investment and why allocate measure of discount is accessible, when it was an exchange disappointment.
