A marvellous response I got through this Gurmeet Singh selai machine wala, Kalyanpuri. There was a drum motor issue in my Samsung washing machine. The service technician came to my home and did the service. They replace the spring and some part. I paid a genuine charge. Overall I'm very happy with their excellent response & service
