Royal enfield classic 350, gunmetal gray, I got defective tank, wn i get to know about this and consulted HSR service 3 months before they said that there is a replacement of tank as its a manufacturing defect n will contact me in a week but till today they are not responding properly, if I go there they say there is no stock, y should they run this, wn stock is only not there. Worst response, they are tr just to make money not for customer satisfaction. They act like as if we have purchased the bike with discount.

This is with regards to the Purchase of Royal Enfield Classic 350CC on June, 2017. From the day of purchase, we started facing issues with the bike, we drove just 2km from the showroom and it stopped. Later in the night, your service engineers came and rectified it. Recently, 3 days before i got my bike serviced from HSR Enterprises, Bill Dated: 21/03/2018 with a charge of 1,419/- After getting it back home, the bike is not at all getting started. I have been trying to reaching your HSR Enterprises service center from 21st Mar, till date their is no proper response from anyone.

Booked Royal Enfield bike from this HSR Enterprises in Rajaji Nagar in Bangalore.The total cost of the bike is 55000,now I paid 5000 for advance.Within few days they will deliver the bike from this showroom.They are providing good customer service.I'm very satisfied about their service.

I had Booked my Royal En field from HSR showroom ,which i had paid them rs,1.2600Lakhs they had delivered my Bike within 6 Months since its very demanded Bike ,I'm really happy since they took short time to get delivery the Bike ,thanks to them.

I booked Royal Enfield Desert Storm bike with HSR team with the charges of Rs1,8lakhs they said they can delivery the bike within 6months still now their user support was excellent without any issues thanks to them.
