I got a call from a telecaller requesting me to opt for Porting from my present Airtel Connection. I informed them that I rather would avail a fresh connection (Postpaid) for which these people sent their FOS to collect my documents and Rs.400.00 cash for a new connection. I handed over my documents in clear xerox with self attestation along with the Rs.400 on 28/09/2015. Today 3rd October,15 is over and all that I have got from this DSA are Lies, Bluffs, cons and Deception coupled with cock stories. Have started wondering if the Aditya Birla Group is raking in its fortunes depending on such CONS & DECEPTIONS. Name of the DSA is AMBER GROUPS located in Vijaynagar, Bangalore-560104, represented by Vijay, Rahul, Sunil & Raj. My name is SUDIP and my contact no is 9535768069. Want to see if anybody from idea responds to my complaint and appropriate action is initiated against the DSA.
They do not follow their committements, neighter the pick the call when they get the money. Very upset it.
Dear sir/madam...I am a retailer in jayanagar 4th T block..we are facing a lot of problems regarding currency ...No one concerned is responding on this issue...make sure that the currency distribution is done regularly,,or change the distributor.
Absolutely hopeless people. I called these number some 50 times and nobody picks up.<br/>Once they picked up they ay stories and assk us to come down to office instead to listening to our queries. If this is the case then I dont understand the need for having landlines and mobiles. I am ggetting thoe D grade words to scold them but cant use in open forum. Hopeless guys
