I got a prompt response from the centre and arranged a technician for the service. The Technician has checked my ups and found UPS 2 battery not working. So we have given the order for battery but they technician not given service report of ups issue. They have quoted RS 500 for service. I am satisfied with the response which is given by this vendor."
