We visited kangroo care hospital vijyanagar for consultation with satish Babu to discuss about thyroid problem.Consultation was at 1PM and doctor arrived 45 mins late which is unprofessional.
We were talking about the blood tests and even without seeing the report he started writing high dose of tablets for diabetics and thryoid... When we asked whether it can be controlled through diet, he started shouting at us and called staff and told to refund and started talking unprofessionally
"I didn't had lunch and came here to see patients.
I have done MBBS,MS,... and talked about all his degrees and why should I prescribe anything..
My kid was holding my foot when I was doing doing night duty...
You are earning and coming here to waste your money...."
This rude and impolite behavior from doctor is unacceptable. This kind of behavior will tarnish the image of Kangaroo care and affect patients.
