"I live in Canada and last year I came to visit my parents in Chennai and was very fortunate to meet Kyoshi Bala Master and learn Taichi at Mind care training, which change my approach towards life in every positive way. It is beyond doubt that Tai Chi is a very effective method to synchronize, synergize and systematize body, mind and soul. Tai Chi has enabled my body to be alert, the mind to be calm and focused and soul to be vibrating to higher levels. Thanks to Kyoshi Bala Master for bringing this art closer to many of us and enabling us to have wonderful experiences. After I started learning Tai Chi my back pain disappeared totally, I had severe lumbar pain from 2009 and I was taking medicines but the relief was short lived, but after practicing Tai Chi the pain is not there and I recovered completely from my back pain. Now I am in Canda and I am undergoing online classes from Kyoshi Bala Master and it is very helpful to my family to stay positive and strong at this difficult times."
