Hired this person for service last Friday for the repair service on Saturday. Subsequently got a confirmation message from Sulekha mentioning the appointed date and time. When I tried reaching him on Saturday afternoon, there was no response. I tried reaching him a few other times later. Once again no response. Zero professionalism and absolutely no courtesy - the service person did not even bother to mention that he can't take up the service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
