"Well, this is an excellent concept for horatious readers.But, I find the concept of charging 10% of the book cost to be very very high.The charge should only be 2% or 3%, so that all books are affordable for all. Anyway, the books still are only for reading and this cost is way too high. That too, when late fee comes in, it is equivalent to the book price"
