I had been to this area for a wedding and had been to Medplus to get a tablet. The person over there said the medicine is out of stock and he will definitely get it by tomorrow and asked me to pay the advance. I told him clearly that I dont belong to this area and take the order only if he is sure of getting the medicine by tomorrow. He assured me of the same. When I went to the store next day, there was some other salesperson and he said to me in a very arrogant tone that the medicine is not available and asked me to come next day. I told him I will not be available in this area tomorrow and reuqested him to return my advance money. He told me not it is not possible to return the money. After lot of pestering, I suggested him let me buy something from his store for same amount. The salesperson was so arrogant he asked me forget about the money. Only after I started to blast him and on a complain to Medplus customer care, he got the medicince from some other store.Very unprofessional!!
