"Satisfied service provided by Shalom Enterprises, Kukatpally. I requested to do replace the battery in my Microtek inverter around 1 and a half kva. One technician came delayed to my home and took the battery from me. But, he didn't return on the same day. Another technician came to my home the next day and did replace the battery. I did a complaint about them. Next day they called and did apologize to me. So, I am happy with their response. So, now my inverter is working fine without any issue."
