I had a terrible experience with Genius Gems.
I have a limited budget for home tutoring, but they insisted on having a good, highly qualified professional teacher. So I finally paid them X amount, and they promised me that once you paid, we would assign a teacher to you within 2 days.
They clearly stated that if you do not like the demo and do not want to continue, we will refund your entire payment and only deduct 1000 rs.
After we made the payment, the teacher arrived after 5 days, after doing continuous follow up with them and when we inquired about their qualifications, they said they were well qualified.
After the teacher finished the demo, we had a discussion about the daily tution timing and everything short out, but the next day teacher not came, when we inquired, they gave us excuses and said she would come from tomorrow. Again, she is not coming tomorrow, and genius gems informs us that we have assigned a new tutor to you...again, the new tutor is not coming for tution.

Good class for group tuition,I joined 4th semester deg.electronics subject,I got tuition in a group of 4 students,fees per subject was 8000/-
Teachers have good knowledge of subjects & they are confident,class timings are adjustable.
