worst pg in Chennai.my humble request to all please don't opt this pg.u can pay the less ammount and still get many good pg's with more facilities. very unhealthy place .they don't ckeab rooms abd restrooms even once a week ..when i was there, they didn't clean for Month and so. the owners dayana and gokul are pukka frauds ..they talk like sugar until they get money from us and. wont return advance while vaccating. waste of money. facilities available:, no washing machine no cleaning no soare key for roomd unhealthy drinking water AC wont work no gysers no proper food. food will contain hair,mud and other stuffs instead of vegetables note: received this complaint from cooking people who worked there that they only provide rotten vegetables for cooking.

Personally, I would never suggest anyone to stay in this PG. I had a very bad experience with the owner. He is literally an asshole who doesn't have any idea how to behave and talk to the tenant. If you complain about the lack of facility he will threaten you to be dragged out of the building, even he will threaten you of life. First, they will trick you with the fake facility like a fridge, 3-time good food, laundry, and hygiene bathroom by holding 2 months rent on the first day of check-in. They will make you sign the paper that this 2 months' rent will not ever be refunded in any case whether you live 2 days or 10 days. They say that they will provide 3 times food but the reality is that they will give you 2 times and in such a way that you were a prisoner. 3 chapati and sabji in the morning, 2 chappati, sabji and rice in the evening. You cant take extra food as they start to scold you in the Gujarati language. They will ask you to pay Rs. 1000 more if you ask them for lunch. (Afte

The worst pg in Hyderabad, I recommend never join this pg, the pg owner is just cheating, initially she will tell she will return your deposit amount she will agree to everything u ask, but she will not refund ur deposit at the end, u need to call hundred times for ur deposit she will give many reasons she will give excuses that she is not well, she will not pick ur calls not respond to ur msgs, and at times she is very rude to you, she just want money in the beginning she will do hurry to take every money, even if u don't use ac she will cut ac amount. And even the bath rooms they won't clean only. The things u keep in fridge will also get stolen, they will talk to u on ur eating also like if u take more curd they will have problem and notice u. Everytime.. Very rude and waste pg service.

If I could have rate it zero I surely would have, I was so unlucky to spent my 5 months there, okay so let's talk about HYGIENE, it was ok okish but don't ask me about the food man?? having food there was the worst part of my whole day, since I was not working so I had to spend my whole day there and food was given 2 times only i.e one breakfast and dinner that too awful(never gave eggs/juices/fruits/even paneer/curd the only thing one could expect was Dal chawal/poha/awful paratha and forget about the taste of food I can't even tell the QUALITY of it I just don't want to insult the food I had there to survive so,,,)I don't how rich they(Pg owners) wanted to be by just engulfing up the charge of their Pg from us, I personally think one could survive better in non-fooding Pg,,,talking about the OWNERS they were nice but from outside only, never heard and paid attention towards our problems, being an owner she was only concerned about her Pg rooms,but sorry I can't write more here sadly!
