Worst PG in whole magarpatta area. Completely rude and unprofessional behaviour. No services as per mentioned in agreement. Pending bills but they cover through new tenant girls.

Worst pg in magarpatta area, my sister's document was stolen from room, no proper security, increases rent every 3/4 months and ask to vacate flat if we complain about washing machine or fridge. They are fraud and provides different amount of rent on agreement and different amount on rent receipts. Just looting innocent girls and taking advantage of newly coming people in that area.

The person who is incharge of this is a thief. We had kept our belongings in this PG and we were also paying the rent every month at the time of COVID. This was to keep our belongings safe. The person used to ask for the rent every month without fail and we also paid him however when we asked him to send photos of our belongings he stopped replying and when we went there to get our things back, more than half of it was lost, he also had removed the compressor from our fridge, sofa was broken and teared. Washing machine was also not in a good condition. Our bedsheets, books, kitchen utensils and tools, speakers everything went missing. He stole everything and also put garbage in one of our sacks. If you want to keep your belongings here or want to stay here, please be careful as half of your stuff might go missing when you are out for day or maybe while you are sleeping as well. Absolutely disgusting service.
