A brand new hostel with modern amenities, We provide a residence with pleasant home atmosphere and very spacious rooms for women and girls both students and working women with home-made Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian food. Room sharing basis available on: 2, 3 4, 6, 8. We are also offering 1RK (Room-Kitchen) available for rent on daily or monthly basis, for those looking for safe stay for short term ( day basis ) or long term stay. The private space offers a home away from home situated within the building that also houses the ladies PG Evaa Homes ( 1st floor). Hence offers a 24 hour security and surveillance. Fully furnished space for 1 individual or maximum 2 with a facility for AC also provided which will be charged as per usage. Electricity bill will be extra. Rent - pls contact for further details.
"I have been staying in Eva Homes for almost an year and I'm glad to have made this amazing choice for my stay. What I was looking for was a calm and quite place for the rigorous preparation of my CA exam. I couldn't have been more happy to have finally found this place that perfectly suited my requirements. The hostel is neatly maintained with good light passage and air circulation. No worries for security as there is a lady warden and Gate security available round the clock. The location is convenient with walkable distance from Kanjikuzhy town. Just opposite to the hostel is a Chapel by Latin Fathers. Other facilities like gym, provisional stores, restaurants etc are available nearby. To sum it up, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Eva Homes and would recommend it to all the ladies looking for a happy place for your accommodation."
"I have seen many hostels in the town, and this by far is the best one I have seen and I have stayed in hostels for 7 years. It is spacious, ventilated. It has facilities like cupboard space, tv, washing area, fridge, close to 2 big super market. I would recommend it ."

Olive Mount Mens Hostel Kottayam is one among the few hostels which has the license and approval of the Municipal Corporation of Kottayam and the Pollution Control Board of Kerala. The Mens hostel is located at Nagampadom near Nehru Stadium where the occupants can easily access the modes of transportation within a few 100 metres such as Kottayam Railway Station, Nagampadom Private Bus Stand etc. Reasonably priced, it is idle for working men and students to occupy. This hostel is managed and run by a team of professionals and dedicated staff, Our hostel facility has around 42 rooms on 2/3/4 persons per room and around 50-55 bathrooms. The food is provided as per the menu. The compound is separated by compound walls and is situated in a housing colony. Other facilities are separate washing area, drying area, reception, study hall etc. dining hall etc.
