I am professor by profession staying here for almost an year I joined this pg going through Google reviews long back. My stay here witnessed quite different (some similar) reviews that were posted in Google reviews let me post my views. Good about pg- * Parking is excellent *Water facility (24hours) good *Spacious rooms *Wifi speed also very fast (usually no pgs don't provide this much speed ) *Owner Mr.manju and in charge manager mr.swamy are coordial Bad about pg- *Cleanliness is utterly non sense it's unhygienic cleaning boy doesn't do work properly he is seen using phone all the day not even pay attention here (however these things were brought to the notice of owner he has not taken any initiative) cleaning has been done once in a 15 days. Toilet washing never. *Because of which i faced mosquito's problem. *Hot water - No proper hot water it comes only in afternoon there is one geyser installed all should stand in Que's to fetch it. (it's really hectic some times we won't get hot water if someone comes in middle )
