Worst customer service thrice they changed medicines patient who is taking treatment for kidney even we gave kmch DR's prescription even though employee misplaced the medicines and started arguing.. Three times they misplaced the medicines like this.. Person who is sitting in bill counter talking some rubbish and fighting with patient ..poor customer service brainless employees In saravanampatti thulasi branch

This Company is completely fraud... On 13th November, I Ordered Lyotin Forte tablets for my Hairfall... But on 25th November I received my order. The Order I received was completely different from What I ordered. The order I received was of Nicoumalone Tablets by Abbot which are Anticoagulant so I told the delivery guy to take away the order. With respect to this I called their customer care to complain about this,but they gave me different numbers everytime to complain. So finally one of those numbers was of Mr. Arun Karuppaiah, the MD of company. What he told me that ' Inside Nicoumalone Tablet box, we' ve sent you Lyotin forte tablet'. So basically they send 'Amrutanjan' inside 'Vicks' packet. I listened to him and requested him to at least refund the money, but this non sense man told me that It was my mistake that I sent the order away and now they can't refund the money and also told me that 'Go and complain against us wherever you want' and hung up the phone. They'll fool u.

Found this pharmacy which is New Pharmacy Aathupalam, Coimbatore.This is very near to my home.They shop keepers are providing good customer service.I paid reasonable amount for the service.I'm satisfied about their service.
