I took patient care services. They asked for advance of 15 days and caretaker ran after 7 days. They stopped picking calls when asked for refund. Fake guys. Dont advise to take any service from them. Beware the owner has multiple companies in different names.

very unprofessional way.. they dont refund your deposit. they will block our phone & chat. Please do not return the oxygen cylinders until they give back the deposit.

I had occasion to use the services of Surya Home health care service over the course of nearly 4 months over late 2019 to early 2020. We needed an attendant / nurse for my ailing elderly father who was suffering from stroke and vascular parkisonism. After a lot of research we zeroed down on m. Right from the outset we found Mr. mune gowa very friendly and helpful. The person,they sent, Mr. banu, was also very helpful, friendly, polite. In general he knew his work and was focused on just doing the best at all times. He was also very trustworthy. In between there was a period when we had asked for a change for our own reasons and Mr. mune gowda has arranged for that also. That new person was not useful and so once again Mr. mune gowda was quick to come to our help and bring back the original attendant. He stayed with us till the end, always helpful and taking good care if my father. Overall, our experience with Surya Home health care service has been very good.
