I called Power Cooling systems on 17th July 2018 for A/c servicing based on Sulekha ratings. Servicemen came and repaired claiming to have welded something besides filling up gas. I paid Rs.4100 via Receipt No. 1715. I was told I have a 3 months guarantee period. A/c stopped functioning again in about a week and by 25th of July servicemen came and repaired it free of cost. A/c stopped functioning again in about a month by 22nd August. Servicemen came, got it repaired, filled up gas again and charged me Rs.1500/- even though it was well within the guarantee period. If these servicemen have to visit me 3 times in 40 days, I feel either they are not well qualified to service or they have monetary considerations in mind. I am totally disappointed with their services. I feel relying on Surekha rating alone may not be enough - Muthiah Ramanathan
