Our registered office is at Chengalpet. Head office in Arani. We are mainly dealing with the following. 1. Rent Sure In this service, our company takes the property for rental. Rental starts from day1. The rental will be paid by online transfer/cheque. Minimum years of rental are 2 years. Notice period is 6 months. During the rental period all maintenance inside the property will be take care by our company under free of cost. Additionally any maintenance monthly payment applicable to the property will be paid by our company. 2. Silver package This is basic package that covers most of your property management concerns. It is priced at a nominal Rs.10,000 per annum for properties with a rental under Rs. 15,000/-. General terms & conditions apply. Taxes applicable as per Government Norms. a. Finding tenant (1/4 month fee additional) b. Finalizing agreement c. Rent collection d. Deposit rent in owner’s A/C e. Paying property tax – amount will be reimbursed from owner on submission of payment receipt f. Paying water tax– amount will be reimbursed from owner on submission of payment receipt g.
