Dear customer don't go for in this ROWDY DEVLOPED COMP they will start when you cancelling your site or any documents not available with comp very very fack company don't give any amount to them, if give amount will go tirupati undi be careful this kindly of people available Sowmya (Rowdy LADY DANE) AND hasband MANJUNATH ( Rowdy company owner) be careful and all employees devloped as ROWDY if you buy any site contact police station Chandra lyt, vijay ngr, they know about Rowdy Devloped company ask about datri company .so I am requesting who are all looking this review be careful and inform to friends and relatives thank s Cxxxxxx

No 1 froud star in real estate company in Bangalore, they are not giving salary for employees properly and also cheated so many customers at HSR layout and more then 25000 extra amount at site registration time at customers side

Horrible experience. Lost 60 lakhs. Don't invest with this man. Arun Rai is a cheater. Neither registering not refunding. Only false promises . One year over. Still not refunded

This is Fraud/Forgery Company, don't buy any property from the Fraud company, We are booked property in Averhalli site 74 on 2019, but some other person did paint in site ( like, this property belongs to them) than we are cancelled the booking in 2022, asking our paid amount Rs 3.5 Lacs, There not returning our amount Rs 3.5 lakhs, They given Insufficient fund cheques, forgery cheques , Edited RTGS receipts, Specially owner, both Husband & wife (Manjunath & Sowamy) Employees also behave like Rowady's (Vasu, purushotham & others, ........ Now we are moving Legal for action we filed case against company & Manjunath in 16 addl chief metropolitan magistrate Please support us Please don't buy any property from these culprit's

Fraud by Anuraag Constructions This builder is a fraud. I booked a flat #201 in Anuraag Amogh apartments @4400 psf through a sales guy John Peter. The guy is not responding now and delaying the purchase. It was learnt that the flat has been given to another buyer at a higher price. They are duping multiple buyers for one flat. I have the receipt of the amount I had paid. My family is under distress and I will be taking appropriate actions.

Very Bad experience, we have invested nearly 10 years back, still no sign of land acquisition. Not sure if they have completed any single project. They are bogus and fraud company. Not keeping any commitment . Be away from this company and do not lose your hard earned money.

Zero star rating. The worst developer not developing any sites. The only intention is to make money. I have booked a site in health society at IVC road about 9 years back and he is the developer for that society. No progress at site, even after making full payment. They have eaten all our hard-earned money
